Tube Ticket Refund operates a strict fraud prevention policy. Although we only provide a service to easily submit your claims to Transpot for London we do take abuse of the service very seriously and have an obligation to report any abuse to Transport for London.

It is imperative that users adhere to all rules and regulations set out by TFL as well as ensure that any claims made are valid.
