Register your journey details on your app. This only needs to be done once and will let you make future refunds without the fuss of putting in all your details.

When you have a delay, all you need to do is complete the details of the delay on your app. Everything else will be filled in for you and submitted to London Underground.

But that’s not all with over 40 delays a day we have also built in your very own claim tracking tool within the app. Track all your claims and make sure you have received your refunds plus keep track of how much money you are saving!

Step 4

Once you have made your claim and followed the easy to use on screen instructions you will receive an e-mail direct from TFL to confirm your application is being processed

Sit back and relax knowing your refund voucher will be on your doorstep within 21days
