References to the “Company” shall be deemed to include the Company’s agents and employees for the purposes of this Disclaimer.

The Company is not affiliated with TFL and does not have the right to accept or reject claims on behalf of TFL, or otherwise act on behalf of TFL in anyway. The Company shall have no liability whatsoever for decisions made by TFL in respect of any refunds. The Company cannot and does not give any guarantee that any application for a refund will be successful.

All complaints and correspondence regarding decisions and actions taken by TFL must be directed to TFL and should not involve the Company.

The Company takes reasonable steps to ensure that the format of the forms available through its apps and websites are appropriate and up to date in accordance with TFL’s refund application procedure, but the Company shall have no liability in the event that a technical fault in the Applications results in a refund application not being successful.

The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the possession, publication, or use of or reliance on information obtained from its Applications, including without limitation any forms, or for incorrect completion, usage or misuse or filing of forms or documents.

The Company does not provide any express or implied warranty in respect of the information and forms contained in or available through use of its Applications.
